Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, choose our expedited shipping option at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location.
Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Packaging: We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each plant is carefully wrapped and secured in a protective container to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Instructions: If you have any specific delivery instructions or preferences, please include them in the notes section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. To facilitate a resolution, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the damaged plant, including the packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Once we've assessed the damage, we'll be happy to offer you the choice of a replacement plant or a full refund.
Exclusions: Please note that due to the nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage sustained during transit. We appreciate your understanding that each plant is unique and requires proper care to thrive.
